Production Process
Each Wooly Hugs piece is 100% handmade, so crafting time may vary between 15–20 days, depending on design complexity.
For custom orders, the process may take 20–30 days, including
Design Phase (3–7 days)
Receive your reference photos, create a 3D sketch, and finalize the design together.
Crafting Phase (10–15 days)
Our artisans carefully hand-crochet your piece based on the approved design.
Quality Check & Shipping
You’ll receive photos before dispatch, along with a tracking update.
We keep you updated throughout each stage — from design approval to final packaging.
FAQ
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original condition.
How do refunds work?
Once your return is approved, you will receive a 100% refund to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
Can I return the item if it’s not as described?
No. If your item is not handmade, not as described, or not made in Vietnam as promised, you get a full refund without sending it back.
